Expectations for Our Customers
To ensure a safe and efficient work environment, we require our clients to provide our team with a workspace free from hostility and harassment. While we understand that home service projects can be stressful, it is essential that all interactions remain professional and courteous.
Zero-Tolerance Policy on Unacceptable Behavior
Glass Governor of Atlanta maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any behavior that is abusive, harassing, or creates a hostile or unsafe environment for our personnel. Our employees have the right to work without fear of intimidation or abuse. Unacceptable behaviors include, but are not limited to:
- Verbal abuse, including yelling, insults, and obscene or profane language.
- Threats of any nature, whether direct or implied.
- Intimidation or aggressive behavior.
- Any form of harassment or discriminatory remarks.
- Any action that intentionally impedes the safety of our work crew.
Right to Suspend Service & Consequences of Violation
The safety and well-being of our team is our highest priority. If a customer engages in behavior deemed unacceptable under this policy, the following actions will be taken:
- Immediate Withdrawal of Service: Our on-site personnel are fully authorized to immediately and safely cease all work, pack their tools, and leave the job site if they feel threatened, harassed, or subjected to severe disrespect.
- Application of a Trip Charge: In the event that our personnel must withdraw from a job site due to a violation of this policy, a trip charge will be assessed to the client’s account to cover incurred costs for labor, fuel, and scheduling.
- Project Re-evaluation: Before any future work is scheduled, the situation will be reviewed by management. Glass Governor of Atlanta reserves the right to cancel the project entirely if a resolution cannot be reached that guarantees the safety and respectful treatment of our team.
We appreciate your business and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and professional environment for everyone. We look forward to working with you to successfully complete your project.
